Joseph Lynch, a graduate of Bucknell University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, founded the company in 2003.  Joe has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of construction, land development, and project management. He started his career in construction management working for a national home builder, Trafalgar House, with production of over 1000 units annually, where he held various positions in construction management and as Director of Purchasing. In the early 90s, Mr. Lynch joined Carlysle Communities as Vice President of Construction building over 40 homes a year in the Washington, DC area. In the late 90s, Mr. Lynch joined National Fairways as Vice President of Development, building high-end private membership country clubs throughout the country. As Vice President of Construction for Summit Residential, he oversaw the development of large single-family housing communities in Connecticut.  Years of experience in production building and exposure to high-end quality construction provided the foundation for Riverbend to build on.


Pat Brabant, with over 30 years experience in the construction industry, has been building in the Hamptons for over 25 years. He is a long-time resident of East Hampton and is well established within the local community. Pat has specialized in both high-end custom homes and remodeling projects, constructing up to 30 homes per year. Pat is a skilled carpenter comfortable working on a wide range of architectural styles from traditional cedar shingle-style homes to contemporary post-modern homes.


Jeff McCue has over 35 years of experience working in the construction industry. He has extensive experience working in both residential and commercial construction. He has worked for both semi-custom builders, Summit Residential, and high-end custom builders, Bear Paw Builders. Within the commercial industry Mr. McCue worked for Fusco, a major commercial contractor, overseeing construction on a number of facilities at Yale University. Mr. McCue is also a skilled carpenter. He can both manage projects and, if necessary, work directly with the carpentry crews to ensure the proper fulfillment of the project.
